Walking And Talking About Eating (WATE)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup reduced-fat margarine
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup Splenda
- 2 egg whites
- ½ cup low-fat buttermilk
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Cream the margarine and sugar together.

Add 1 egg white and mix well, then add the second egg white and mix well.

Combine the milk and molasses. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

Alternately add milk and flour portions to the margarine mixture until all the portions are added.

Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
