Instructions:
# 1 Watch the video a few times to learn the correct technique for resistance exercise;
#2 Review the training progression levels in the chart to identify your individual starting point; if you are unsure about your fitness level, start at a lower progression
#3 Gradually progress through the various levels
Note: Increasining the frequency, intensity, and time devoted to the program will yeild greater fitness rewards. But remember, work at your own steady pace. Do Not Over Exert Yourself
